Akram Toujani, was born in Tunisia, and he graduated in Visual Arts with specialization in painting from the Higher Institute of Fine Arts of Tunis. In 2009 he received the award for best plastic artist on the occasion of an internship of Tunisian-Maghreb painting. He has created numerous murals in exhibition halls, hotels or shopping centers, and in 2013 he made the decorations for the Lyra Resort Hotel in Antalya in Turkey. In Tunisia he has exhibited his work in galleries in Tunis, Gammarth, Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa, the Kheireddine Palace, Museum of the City of Tunis.
